ULAANBAATAR GROUP LLC AND GUANGDONG MEDIA FACADE COMPANY LIMITED STARTED COOPERATION

On August 13, 2026, Ulaanbaatar Group LLC signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Guangdong Media Facade Company Limited of China for long-term cooperation in the field of facade systems, lighting and media facade solutions.

Within the framework of the cooperation, starting with the facade solutions of the Vision Business Tower project, Ulaanbaatar Group LLC plans to introduce facade systems, facade lighting, LED screens, media facades and related materials and products to the current and future real estate projects implemented by Ulaanbaatar Group LLC.

Guangdong Media Facade Company Limited will provide professional support for the facade implementation of the Vision Business Tower project based on its specialized experience, technical capabilities and production resources in the fields of facade systems, facade lighting, LED screens and media facade solutions. Guangdong Media Facade Company Limited was established in 2009 and is headquartered in Dongguan, China. It is a manufacturer specializing in architectural media facades, facade lighting and transparent LED screen solutions.

The company has experience in supplying and implementing media facade and lighting solutions for major international projects, including the Abu Dhabi Yas Hotel and Abu Dhabi F1 Circuit in the United Arab Emirates, the HSBC Headquarters in Singapore, the Ostankino Tower in Moscow, Russia, and the Shenzhen Civic Center in China.

Within the framework of this collaboration, the Vision Business Tower project is important for implementing facade solutions that meet the technical, aesthetic, and durability requirements of Mongolia's first architectural design, as well as increasing its appearance, visual expression, and utility.
