Ulaanbaatar Group LLC and Wharton Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd, a Shanghai-based company specializing in green building consultancy and engineering, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on strategic cooperation.
Under this cooperation, the parties will gradually introduce the internationally recognized EDGE Green Building Standard across Ulaanbaatar Group LLC’s current and future real estate projects. The partnership aims to develop environmentally responsible buildings that reduce energy and water consumption while meeting sustainable development requirements.
The cooperation will begin with the Vision Business Tower project and will extend to future developments, supporting the adoption of international green building standards.
Wharton Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd has extensive experience in green building consultancy, technical solutions, project assessment, and international certification. The company provides professional services for sustainable development projects worldwide.
This Memorandum of Understanding marks the beginning of a long-term strategic partnership and will contribute to advancing energy-efficient, sustainable real estate development in Mongolia in line with international standards.
